- our comprehensive 10-year warranty.
A nominal deposit of £500.00 secures your place in our work schedule, marking the exciting beginning of your Garden Room journey.
Step 6: The Build
With over 30 years of experience in construction you are in safe and qualified hands. Sit back and relax as our experienced site team brings your bespoke Garden Building to fruition. With meticulous attention to detail and dedication to quality, we’ll construct your garden room according to the agreed plans and specifications. No matter the weather, projects can be delivered throughout the year regardless of the weather.
When possible, we use ground screw foundations that offer a fast, robust and eco-friendly way to support the building without using carbon-heavy concrete. The screws also cause little disruption to the garden and soil ecosystem. If they do need to be removed, they can be reused and recycled!
